HEAD SOLUTIONS is a company dedicated to the purchase, storage and distribution of products intended for human food, characterized by supplying safe and innocuous products, with extensive experience in the distribution of chemical products and raw materials to the main sectors of the market. HEAD SOLUTIONS’ management focuses the food safety management system and its continuous improvement of its effectiveness in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and with the requirements mutually agreed with customers on food safety and safety. HEAD SOLUTIONS ensures the maintenance of an effective communication system, both internal and external. HEAD SOLUTIONS ensures the availability of information concerning food safety. This is communicated, both externally and to the organization’s personnel. For all these reasons, the Management of HEAD SOLUTIONS bases its commitment to food safety on the bases of its Food Safety Policy, which are those developed below and which are supported by the objectives:
- Continuous improvement of the organization, establishing annual objectives aimed at improving the quality and safety of food.
- Disseminate food safety policy at all levels and ensure that it is understood throughout the organization through internal dissemination or publications.
- The correct development of the food safety system is everyone’s responsibility and has the support and commitment of the Management.
- Evaluate the improvement achieved and the effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System. Ensure the quality, legality and safety of our products, assuming their responsibility to consumers.
- Dissemination and awareness of the culture of Food Safety at all levels of the Organization, through training and awareness of our staff, guaranteeing the competencies of our employees in this aspect.
This food safety policy is constantly evolving with the company, so it is verified for its continuous adequacy at least in the review of the System by management, and at the same time as the food safety objectives as it is considered a reference framework to establish and review these objectives. HEAD SOLUTIONS’ food safety policy is the means to lead the organization towards the improvement of its food safety management system and is communicated to all stakeholders.
