PSF Polyester Fiber
Polyester fiber (PSF) can be manufactured in two main ways. On the one hand, virgin fiber is produced from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and monoethylene glycol (MEG). On the other hand, recycled fiber is obtained from recycled PET flakes, polyester waste, or flakes from post-consumer PET bottles.
VSF Viscose Fiber
Viscose fiber is a regenerated fiber of natural origin that is biodegradable and widely used in the textile industry. Its soft texture, excellent drape, and similarity to cotton make it a versatile and comfortable alternative for a wide variety of textile applications.
Low-Melt (LMF) and High-Melt (HMF) Bicomponent Fibers
Made from a blend of standard polyester and low-melting-point modified polyester, this material is used for bonding, as its low-melting-point components melt and bond together through heat treatment. It is environmentally friendly, as it bonds at a low temperature (approximately 110°C) and has an excellent ability to retain its shape after being combined with other materials.
DTY Polyester Yarns
Filament yarns play an essential role in the textile industry, being used primarily in clothing manufacturing and interior design. Their versatility lies in their ability to combine the advantages of synthetic fibers with the “feel” provided by natural fibers, such as silk, wool, and linen. This combination allows filament yarns to be used in the manufacture of a wide variety of garments, including suits, casual wear, and underwear.
